    I bought this course several months ago when in severe pain and nothing else had helped. I read and followed the course and within 7-10 days or so the pain was gone. Doing the exercises are now habit and have not had any recurrence.

    Buying the course was the best money I'd spent in a long time.

    I had a repetitive strain injury...I tried everything to get rid of it, I had to be signed off from work and had a steroid injections that did not help..I also had lots of deep tissue massage which helped short term....about 5 months into this injury I looked on the internet in desperation to find some information that could help or encourage me and found 'Tennis Elbow Tips' I took a deep breathe and signed up and checked out the information...

    I was not sure if it would help but I started to do the exercises recommended and about 3 weeks later I could tell that my arms where feeling better, I continued doing these exercises and they have given me so much strength in my arms and the pain has reduced considerably.....it really did make a difference.

    Thank you, I can now take the rubbish out, wash up my dishes, swim, drive, use my computer with little discomfort, carry bags..it is amazing..my arms are improving everyday and the exercises are part of my daily routine...I am sure I will be back to full fitness soon :-)

    Since I purchased yr ebook bout tennis elbow I have implemented yr steps as u have illustrated. After just 2 days of doing yr exercises I am pretty impressed at how my pain has subsided. The pain is still there of course, however I can definitely notice an improvement. Mate I'm very glad that I had stumbled along yr ebook. Many thx to u bud!! I now believe there is hope for me yet :-)
